If you enable Inventory Sync, all orders on your marketplace channels will be imported to LitCommerce system. To view orders, go to All Orders from the left sidebar menu.
There are 2 ways you can fulfil orders:
- Manage and fulfil orders using your marketplace fulfilment methods: If you have an order on your marketplace channel, for example eBay, you go to your eBay account and apply your integrated eBay fulfilment methods.
- Manage and fulfil all orders from your channels in your Main store: You can import all orders from a channel to your Main store for centralized management and fulfilment. For example, you can choose to automatically import all Etsy orders to your Main store on Shopify and apply your integrated Shopify fulfilment methods.
How to turn on “Import Orders to Main store” #
You can enable this feature for each marketplace channel individually. To do this, go to your marketplace channel from the left sidebar menu, under the Listing section. Click on Channel settings on the top right corner, then scroll down to the bottom and click on the button next to Import Orders to Main store.
Note: If you want to enable Import Orders to Main Store, please enable Inventory sync first. If Inventory sync is turned on, LitCommerce will “pull” orders from marketplace channels to the app. Only then can the orders be imported to your Main store.
Manage and fulfill orders from your Web store
To fulfil all orders, please go to the Orders section on your main web store on Shopify/ WooCommerce/ etc. There you can apply current order fulfillment methods that are integrated in your Web store.

Unlinked orders #
The Unlinked tabs shows orders from channel listings that are currently not linked to any products in the LitCommerce system. Either the products do not yet exist in the Main Store or they do exist in the Main Store but not yet linked.
Unlinked orders cannot be imported to your Main store, and can not be used to update inventory back to your Main store (which will lead to inventory not synchronized between Main Store and Channel).
To solve this problem, you only need to link the listing in that order to a product in your LitCommerce central catalog. Click on the order and you will see more details.
In the Items ordered section, you should see the listings ordered. Check the link icon on the right. The red dots means that the listing is currently unlinked.
Now check the title of the listing. If the listing is currently not imported to the LitCommerce system, it will appear as plain text with no link. In this case, you will need to import the listing to the LitCommerce system. If it’s imported to the LitCommerce system but not yet linked, click on the title and you will be redirected to the listing page in the Etsy channel section on LitCommerce.
Click on the red dot link icon next to the Product status right below the listing title.
Click Link to a product and search for the matching product in your LitCommerce central catalog to create linking. For more information, see Create linking for your Listing.
