The purpose of this guide is to help you fully understand the LitCommerce app and effectively manage all aspects of your multi-channel store by making the best use of our built-in features.
NOTE: Etsy has not made Calculated Shipping Profiles available to third-party apps like LitCommerce. Only fixed price Shipping Profiles are supported.
Create Shipping Profiles directly on Etsy
To create a new Shipping Profile, navigate to Shop Manager -> Settings -> Shipping Settings.
Click on Shipping Profiles, then click Add a shipping profile.
For the Shipping prices option, make sure that you select the option that reads "I'll enter fixed prices manually." As noted above, LitCommerce will not support calculated Shipping Profiles.
If you plan on using calculated Shipping Profiles, they will have to be applied to your listings outside of LitCommerce.
Finish configuring your Shipping Profile and click Create profile. After your Shipping Profile has been created on Etsy, it will appear in both your Etsy Edit Listings pages and your Etsy Shipping Templates. There is no limit to the amount of Shipping Profiles you can import into LitCommerce.
Those shipping templates will appear once you’ve created an Etsy listing. LitCommerce requires you to name your shipping template and select the Etsy Shipping Profile you want to use for this template. After that, click Save and you’re good to go!
