The purpose of this guide is to help you fully understand the LitCommerce app and effectively manage all aspects of your multi-channel store by making the best use of our built-in features.
You can always see your list of integrated channels on the left sidebar menu. Click on the channel you want to manage your current listings, configure channel settings, and import existing listings on the channel to your LitCommerce account.
Here you can see all of your active listings on the channel, divided into 2 tabs: Drafts and Active. Before publishing, the listing will stay as a draft. After activating, the selected listings will go live on your channel and will be displayed under the Active tab. See how to publish your listings.
All attributes of your listings will be displayed correspondingly on this page. In the second column next to the listing image, you can see a chain icon with a dot. A blue dot indicates that the listing is linked to a product in your central catalog, and a red dot means it isn’t. If a listing is created from LitCommerce, it will be automatically linked to the product you chose to list on your channel. Otherwise, if you imported the listings directly from your channel, you will have to link them manually. Don’t worry, we’ll get to this in a minute.
To manage your integrated sales channels, go to Add/manage Channels from the left sidebar menu.
Here you can see your list of integrated channels, as well as delete or add a new channel.
To delete a channel, simply click on the trash icon on the right of the channel name. If you choose to delete a channel, all listings on that channel will be removed from your LitCommerce account, yet still, remain live on your channel account.
To add a new channel, click on the Add new channel button in the top right corner. After that, just follow our instructions on how to integrate with a new channel.
