Welcome to LitCommerce! The purpose of this guide is to help you fully understand the LitCommerce app and effectively manage all aspects of your multi-channel business by making the best use of our built-in features.
LitCommerce will synchronize orders placed from integrated sales channels to its system. After that, all orders will be pushed to your Main Store so that you can efficiently fulfill them on time.
In order for the order synchronization to work, you have to turn it on for each sales channel first. To do this, go to your sales channel from the left sidebar menu. Click on Channel settings on the top right corner, and turn on Order Sync at the bottom of the Settings page.

While the Main Store will be the place where you fulfill your orders, you can also manage them in the LitCommerce system. To manage orders, go to Orders from the left sidebar menu.
You’ll find the buyer’s name, order status, channel order number, and other important components. This will help you monitor and manage orders from all sales channels in one place.
Easily filter orders by searching for the specific order number, choosing channels you want, or sorting out by date.
Furthermore, LitCommerce helps you to clarify how many total orders, open orders, or completed orders you have by showing the exact number that appeared next to the order’s status.
