Welcome to LitCommerce! The purpose of this guide is to help you fully understand the LitCommerce app and effectively manage all aspects of your multi-channel business by making the best use of our built-in features.
You can set the price rules and quantity rules for all products on each channel to help you control how the price and quantity are shown. For example, you can increase the price of all products on Etsy by $2, or decrease the available quantity for all products on eBay by 10.
Price and quantity rules work by taking the initial price or quantity from your central catalog and applying the formula set by you, before pushing out to all products on a particular sales channel.
Price and quantity rules only apply if the listing is linked to a product in your central catalog. The rules are also automatically applied when you create a new listing on a channel.
To activate the Price Sync, navigate to the channel you would like to sync the price: Listing -> Sales channel. Then simply go to the Channel Settings page and turn on the Price Sync button.
From the left sidebar menu, click on the sales channel you want to set rules for. On the top right corner, go to Channel settings.
There, you will see the pricing settings where you can enable pricing rules.
You can choose to increase or decrease your product price by a fixed amount ($), or a percentage (%).
To be more specific, let’s say you have a 20-dollar product, and set your pricing rule to “increase product price by 10%”. After that, your product will be listed at $22 on the channel you set rules for, and other products in that channel will also be automatically updated with the new rule.
