Select Fixed price and enter your Buy It Now price.
Then, add the Quantity of the items you are selling.
Complete the remaining sections of your listing and click Submit.
To create a multi-quantity listing on eBay with the advanced listing tool:
Go to the Price section.
Choose Buy It Now from the Format dropdown menu.
Select Quantity and add the number of items you have for sale.
Complete the remaining sections of your listing and click Done.
If you want to change the number of items available in your listing, you can update it anytime.
Change the quantity in an eBay listing
Here is how to update your listing quantity:
Find the listing in My eBay or Seller Hub.
Select Edit and update the quantity.

How to Add Variations on eBay Listings?
One of the benefits of eBay stores is most categories are set up for eBay variation listing. You can create and manage variations through the advanced listing form or Seller Hub. Also, when it comes to variants and listing multiple items, don’t forget about your eBay product identifiers.
Now, without any delay, below are several steps that take you through the process of how to list multiple items on eBay in a listing.
#Step 1: Begin a new item listing
To add variations to a listing, the first step is to add a new item. At this stage, all you need to do are:
Use a web browser of your choice, navigate to www.ebay.com;
Sign in to your eBay account;
Then, click Sell at the upper left bar;
The system will take you to the eBay selling page, from here, hit on the List an item button;
eBay will take you through 3 phases to create a listing that sells, including entering keywords, choosing a match, and finalizing.
#Step 2: Select the variation option
Just below the Category tab, you will find the Variations tab. Click the Create variations button.
If you can not find the variation button, it is because of two cases:
Listing with variations is not available in this particular category;
Variations only work with fixed-price listings, not auction-style listings.
#Step 3: Click one of the variations for your category
In the next stage, it’s time to create attributes for your item, such as size, color, and more. Once you finish, add options to each one.
It is noticeable that there are limitations in creating variations and options for each variation. eBay allows sellers to:
Create a listing having 5 variation elements and up to 50 values for each;
Generate up to 250 variations in a single listing without additional fees.
For example, if you’re selling T-shirts, your 5 variation types could be color, size, material, style, and accessories. Each of those details can have up to 50 values: 50 different colors, 50 different sizes, and so forth.
It’s highly recommended to create your own variations and not to choose from the ones that are available since they might not be optimized for your items. Once you are done creating these variations, click Continue.
#Step 4: Add photos to the listing
In this step of how to list multiple items on eBay, you will need to add the visual aids. Think of it as the “showcase” of your listing, and choose stunning photos to attract buyers. You can display up to 12 images for each variation.

After choosing an attribute, it’s time to start adding photos of all the different colors you have. A window will appear, and you will be able to add pictures of all options within the selected variation.
Choose an option to upload images;
To add multiple photos at a time, hit the Add Photos button, and browse all images you want;
Or hit the plus sign on the right corner to import only 1 photo.
#Step 5: Enter Price and Quantity
In the final step of how to list multiple items on eBay, you need to add quantities and prices, which can be different for each variation of your item. Although the prices vary, the payment methods and shipping costs must be the same.
Hover over the Enter Price and Quantity section, and you will see a table with columns for each variation option (e.g. color, size, etc.);
In each row of the table, enter the price and quantity for the corresponding variation option;
Click on the Save button to save your changes;
Note: If you relist a listing, any variations with zero inventory will be relisted with their original quantity. Therefore, it is important to review and update the quantities of all variations to ensure they match your current inventory levels before relisting.
