Manage Stock, Prices, and Orders from One Place
Selling on Etsy and Amazon should not mean checking stock, prices, and orders all day. LitCommerce keeps key updates connected, helping sellers avoid overselling, protect margins, and process orders faster from one dashboard.
Inventory
Keep Etsy and Amazon stock levels updated every 15 minutes. Use display quantity rules to limit how much stock is shown on each channel and lower the risk of selling items you can’t fulfill.
Price
Set pricing rules for each marketplace to keep prices accurate and profitable. Adjust markups, manage channel-based pricing, and avoid price gaps without editing every listing manually.
Orders
Pull Etsy and Amazon orders into LitCommerce for easier tracking and faster processing. Connect fulfillment services to keep order handling organized as sales grow.
Note: Some Amazon sync actions, including FBA inventory sync, FBA order import, full customer information import, and
order status pushback from the Main Store, may be limited due to Amazon API restrictions.
Create Ready-to-Use Listings Faster with AI
LitCommerce AI helps sellers prepare listings for both Etsy and Amazon with less manual work. Instead of copying the same content everywhere, AI helps adapt your listings to Etsy’s creative shopping style and Amazon’s search-focused product structure.
How to Set Up Etsy Amazon Integration with LitCommerce
Choose “LitCommerce becomes the source of truth” to make LitCommerce the main workspace for your Etsy and Amazon products. From there, products can be created, updated, and synced across both marketplaces more easily.
Once the connection is ready, orders from Etsy and Amazon are brought into LitCommerce for simpler tracking. When your business grows, the same setup can also support eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and 20+ other sales channels.
Start with either Etsy or Amazon, then import your existing catalog into LitCommerce. You can use product filters to bring in only the listings you want to manage or cross-list.
In case you don’t have any items on both channels, you can upload products directly using CSV import with automatic field mapping, or the AI listing generator from images.
Connect the second marketplace and choose the products you want to cross-list from Etsy to Amazon or from Amazon to Etsy. Sellers can review, edit, and complete any required information before publishing your listings live.
Templates and automation rules also help apply product attributes faster and reduce repetitive setup work. For Etsy listings, sellers can use AI description support to create clearer, more search-friendly product content before going live.
Turn on sync to keep Etsy and Amazon stock and pricing updated as orders come in. LitCommerce helps update connected listings, so sellers spend less time changing quantities or prices by hand.
Set rules for display quantity, markups, and marketplace-specific pricing to match your selling strategy. This helps reduce overselling, protect margins, and keep product data accurate across both channels.
Note: Amazon FBA inventory sync is not supported.
Manage Etsy and Amazon orders from one dashboard instead of jumping between seller accounts. LitCommerce imports order details, keeps fulfillment information organized, and helps sellers process orders faster.
Using LitCommerce, orders can be connected with fulfillment services for smoother handling. Then, use Sales Reports to compare Etsy and Amazon performance, find stronger products, and make smarter selling decisions.
For Amazon, please note: due to Amazon API limitations, only order product details are imported (no customer information), FBA orders are not imported, and order status updates fulfilled in your Main Store do not sync back to Amazon.
Detailed Guide on Etsy Amazon Integration
Want to grow your handmade business on Amazon as well as Etsy? An Etsy Amazon integration is one of the easiest ways to reach more shoppers without twice the work, whether you’re branching out from Etsy to Amazon or the other way around.
The trouble is these two marketplaces run separately: each keeps its own listings and inventory, and neither updates the other. LitCommerce solves that by acting as the link between them, holding both stores together so you manage everything from one place.
Here’s the full process for setting up an Etsy Amazon integration with LitCommerce:
- Step 1: Choose your Main Store
- Step 2: Link your Etsy store
- Step 3: Bring your Etsy products into LitCommerce
- Step 4: Link your Amazon store
- Step 5: List your Etsy products on Amazon
- Step 6: Switch on Etsy Amazon sync
- Step 7: Handle orders and watch your sales
There’s nothing technical involved, so anyone can follow along. Here we go.
Step 1: Choose Your Main Store
Your Main Store is the central hub that connects your Etsy and Amazon stores. Picture it as your single source of truth, the spot where your full product catalog and inventory live, and which all your channels sync to and from.
There are two ways to set your Main Store on LitCommerce, and the right one depends on how you sell
- Use your existing online store as a Main Store: Already selling through Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, or similar? You can make that storefront your Main Store, and your Amazon and Etsy product data will flow through it.
- Use LitCommerce as a Main Store: If marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon are your only sales channels and you haven’t built a website of your own, LitCommerce can serve as the hub itself. For sellers who stick to marketplaces, this is the most straightforward route.
For this guide, we’ll focus on the Etsy to Amazon setup without an online store, so we’ll use LitCommerce as the Main Store.

Step 2: Connect Your Etsy Store
With your Main Store ready, the next move is to connect your Etsy store to LitCommerce. This is what lets LitCommerce see your existing Etsy listings so you can work with them later.
To connect your Etsy store to LitCommerce, follow these steps:
- From the list of supported marketplaces, find Etsy and click Connect under the Etsy logo.
- Enter your Etsy store name, then hit Connect Your Account.
- After that, allow LitCommerce to access your existing Etsy seller account.
After you confirm, your Etsy shop is connected. It’ll show up as a channel on your dashboard, and you’re ready for the next step.
Step 3: Import Your Etsy Products Into LitCommerce
Now it’s time to import your Etsy listings into LitCommerce so you have them ready to cross-list. Importing them gives you one clean catalog to work from, instead of copying details by hand later.
Here’s how to import your Etsy products to LitCommerce:
- Open the Etsy channel tab in LitCommerce and click Import from Etsy.
- Filter which products you want to bring in, let LitCommerce auto-link your items where it can, and allow auto-create products on LitCommerce.
- Click Begin Import to start.

Your Etsy listings will then load into LitCommerce as products. From here, they sit in your central catalog, LitCommerce, waiting to be sent over to Amazon once you connect it.
Step 4: Connect Your Amazon Store
Now that your Etsy products are in, it’s time to bring Amazon on board as another sales channel.
Here’s how to add your Amazon store to LitCommerce as a second channel:
- Select Add/Manage Sales Channels, then Add New Channel to return to the supported marketplaces list in LitCommerce.
- Find Amazon and click Connect under the Amazon logo.
- Enter your Amazon store name, pick your Amazon marketplace country (Amazon US, for instance), and click Connect Your Account.
- Lastly, give LitCommerce permission to access your Amazon seller data.

With that done, Etsy and Amazon now sit together on your dashboard, and you’re ready to begin cross-listing.
Step 5: Cross-List Etsy Products to Amazon
This is the most important step in your Etsy Amazon integration: list your products from Etsy to Amazon. Cross-listing means your products go live on Amazon while still selling on Etsy, all from the catalog you already imported.
Before you start, it helps to know which of two cases your products fall into:
- Case 1: The product already exists on Amazon. You’ll list it using the existing ASIN from the Amazon catalog.
- Case 2: The product isn’t on Amazon yet. This is common for Etsy sellers, since handmade and one-of-a-kind items usually have no existing listing. You’ll need to apply for a GTIN Exemption and send a proof to LitCommerce so they can configure it for your store.
Either way, the listing steps are the same.
Here’s how to cross-list your Etsy products to Amazon with LitCommerce:
- Go to All Products and select the imported Etsy items you want to list on Amazon.
- Click Select Action, then choose List Products to Channels.
- Check the box next to your Amazon store, then click Add As Draft Now.
- Open the Amazon tab and review each draft listing.
- Fill in the details Amazon requires (product identifiers, shipping, condition, etc.), including the ASIN or GTIN Exemption that applies to your case.
- Once a listing looks good, click Save and Publish to Amazon.

Pro tip: If you have a large catalog, LitCommerce lets you build templates for offer, shipping, and pricing, then apply the same details to many products at once. This allows you to edit your Amazon listings in bulk, cutting your listing time dramatically.
And if you’re going the other direction, selling on Amazon and expanding to Etsy, the steps are the same: import your Amazon listings into LitCommerce, then list them on Etsy.
Step 6: Set Up Etsy Amazon Sync
Now let’s set up Etsy and Amazon sync to keep your data consistent across both marketplaces.
To access sync settings, click Channel Settings inside both your Amazon and Etsy stores in LitCommerce. Here are the main sync settings you can turn on for your Etsy and Amazon integration:
- Price sync: Switch on price sync for both Etsy and Amazon, and any price you adjust in LitCommerce updates automatically on both marketplaces. You can also apply price rules to increase or decrease your Etsy and Amazon prices by a set amount or percentage, useful given that Amazon’s fees tend to be different from Etsy’s.

- Inventory sync: Turn on inventory sync on both channels to keep stock levels consistent across Etsy, Amazon, and LitCommerce, so you never oversell. With it on, orders from both marketplaces also pull into LitCommerce automatically, so you manage everything from one dashboard.

A quick note on Amazon products: LitCommerce can’t sync inventory for products handled through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), since Amazon keeps FBA stock in its own warehouses, apart from your store’s inventory.
Worth noting too: due to Amazon’s data limits, orders imported from Amazon won’t carry shipping or customer details (like name and address). You’ll still see the purchased product information, such as title, SKU, and price.
Once your settings are how you want them, click Save Settings at the foot of the page. From there, your two stores keep themselves aligned without further effort.
Step 7: Manage Orders and Track Your Sales
With sync running, your orders from Amazon and Etsy flow into one central hub: LitCommerce. There’s no more hopping between two seller accounts to check what sold and what’s waiting to ship, since it all arrives on your dashboard, side by side.
From LitCommerce, you can:
- Review every order in one place: The Orders tab shows all your Etsy and Amazon orders together, so you can track each one’s status from a single hub.
- See which channel is winning: Head to Sales Reports to compare performance across both marketplaces, spot which one drives more revenue, and learn what’s working, so you can build a smarter selling strategy.

And that’s your Etsy Amazon integration, set up end to end. So, can you link Etsy to Amazon and keep them running together? With LitCommerce, yes, and once it’s in place, your handmade catalog reaches a whole new audience while your stock and orders stay in step on their own.
