How to List Products on Faire

Step 1: Connect your store to Faire

Set up your Main Store first, then connect your Reverb store. This is the source for listing and syncing products to Reverb. You have three ways to set it up:

Connect an online store: Use Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and more as your Main Store and list from there to Faire.
Sell marketplace-to-marketplace: No webstore? Connect LitCommerce as your Main Store, then link your marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, eBay…) to list directly on Faire.
Start from a file: Import a product catalog file and list those products to Faire – no store needed.

Step 2: List products on Faire

Once your stores are connected, you’re ready to list. We support three simple cases:

Case 1: You have products on an online store, a marketplace, or a file, and you want to list them on Faire.
Case 2: You have products on Faire, and you want to import those listings into your online store or another marketplace.
Case 3: You have products on both Faire and another place (store or marketplace), and you want to link them together to keep them in sync.

New listings appear in your Draft tab first, giving you time to check and edit them before they go live.

Step 3: Enable sync between your store and Faire

Turn on real-time sync to keep product details like inventory, pricing, title between Faire and your connected stores every 15 minutes – no manual changes, no overselling.

Step 4: Manage Faire orders from one place

Finally, enable the Order Sync option so all Faire orders flow into your Main Store automatically – how you manage them depends on your setup:
