The purpose of this document is to define LitCommerce’s Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan your personal information, and we only share it in the limited cases described in the “How do we share your data?” section below. What information do we collect?

First and foremost, we collect and use your personal information only as needed and for legitimacy and business purposes. LitCommerce might request some basic personal information while delivering services to customers, such as: Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Company name, Billing and Payment Information… These data will be collected directly from you when you create an account or purchase our Services. You can easily review and edit your personal information at any time by logging into your account and go to Account section.

Besides, when you visit our site, some additional information will also be automatically collected to ensure necessary and optimal performance, such as your IP address and web browser information. The data we receive at this stage is used to monitor and analyze website visitor flow in Google Analytics. When you access our website, we may place small data files called “cookies” on your computer. This data contains information regarding your web browser. Once you log out of your account or close your browser, this cookies expires and no longer has any effect. How do we use your data?

LitCommerce only ultilize the collected information: for which we have been given permission; as necessary to ensure the operation of the service you have requested; as we might be required for other lawful purposes, such as to improve the performance of our services. 

How do we share your data?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share, transfer, or disclose your information in the following cases:

  • Service providers: we use infrastructure and service providers that help us operate LitCommerce, such as Google Cloud and payment processors e.g., PayPal. These providers only process your data on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Sales channels you connect: when you connect a marketplace or sales channel (for example eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or Google Merchant Center), we send your product and listing data to that channel only to perform the actions you request.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights and safety of LitCommerce and our users.
  • Business transfers: if LitCommerce is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Google user data

This section explains how LitCommerce Feeds accesses, uses, stores, and shares data received from Google APIs when you connect your Google account.

  • Data we access: your Google account email address, the list of Google Merchant Center accounts you can access, and permission to manage products and data sources in the Merchant Center account you select.
  • How we use it: only to submit and update your product feed in the Merchant Center account you select. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.
  • Sharing: we do not sell Google user data. We do not share, transfer, or disclose it to third parties, except to infrastructure provider that hosts our service, or when required by law.
  • Storage and protection: your Google access token is encrypted on our secured servers location.
  • Retention and deletion: you can disconnect your Google account in LitCommerce Feeds at any time. When you disconnect, we delete your access token within 30 days. You can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or request deletion through our Contact Us form.

LitCommerce’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How do we protect your info?

LitCommerce strongly committed to privacy, security, compliance and transparency. We store your information on our secured serve. You can trust LitCommerce when doing business with us, we always try our best to protect our customers.

LitCommerce guarantees to protect your data from unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration, and the disclosure of personal information.

How long is the data saved?

We’ll keep the record of the personal information you have provided for 30 days since your last interaction with our service. When the period expires, your personal information gets deleted and the process is irreversible.

How to request data deletion

In case you want us to delete your data immediately, you can contact us to submit your request by going to Contact us | LitCommerce and fill in the contact form. Our team will delete all of your data as soon as we receive the request.

Changes and updates

Our Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time, at our discretion. LitCommerce reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. However, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. If the changes are significant, we will have a prominent notice.
