Our guide will walk you through 4 steps of connecting Wix with Etsy:
Step 1: Connect Wix with Etsy
Before you start Wix Etsy integration, make sure you already have active online stores on both Wix and Etsy. If not, you’ll need to create them first.
1. Install the LitCommerce App from the Wix App Market
– Log in to your Wix account
– From the left-hand menu, click Apps > App Market
– Search for LitCommerce Multichannel Sell
– Click Add to Site to install the app
Once the installation is completed, LitCommerce will request access permissions.
After you grant permission, you’ll be redirected to the LitCommerce platform to continue the integration process.

2. Connect your Etsy store
After installation, you’ll be taken to the “Setup First Channel” page where you can start linking your sales channels.
– To connect Etsy with Wix, select Etsy from the available options.
– Enter a name for your Etsy channel.
– Click “Connect Your Account.”
You’ll be prompted to log into your Etsy account. Once you sign in and grant permissions, your Etsy store will be successfully connected to the LitCommerce platform.
Step 2: Import and List products on Etsy
After successfully connecting Etsy with Wix, it’s time to import your products to Wix and Etsy. We’ll walk you through 3 cases:
Case 1: List Wix products on Etsy
Once your Wix store is connected, all Wix products will be automatically pulled into the LitCommerce dashboard. Follow these steps to list them on Etsy:
1. Select products on Wix to list on Etsy
– Navigate to All Products from the left sidebar
– Select the items you want to list
– Click “Select Action” > “List Products to Channel”
– Choose Etsy, then click “Add a Draft Now”
Once draft listings are created, you’ll receive a confirmation message. These drafts are now independent from your Wix listings, allowing you to customize them to better fit Etsy’s marketplace guidelines.
2. Edit draft listings before they go live
Method 1: Manual editing
To manually update a listing:
– Go to the Etsy tab from the left-hand menu
– Click on the product name you want to edit
– Complete required fields before publishing (as Etsy needs more detailed info than Wix provides)
- Vital info: You can review and edit key details such as product title, SKU, and description from your Wix listing to ensure they appear exactly how you want on Etsy.
- Images: If you’ve updated product images in Wix and want them reflected on Etsy, navigate to the Image tab, click “Load Images from Main Store,” then select “Save and Publish.” The new images will be instantly synced to your Etsy listing.
- Variations: You can manage product variations efficiently as LitCommerce lets you customize prices and quantities for each variant to align with your pricing strategy.
- Category: In the Category tab, LitCommerce offers smart suggestions using Etsy’s own category structure, saving you time from manually searching for the right fit.
- Shipping & return: Complete the Shipping Profile and Return Policy directly within this section. LitCommerce automatically pulls this information from your connected Etsy store, making setup quick and hassle-free.
- Digital product: If you’re selling digital goods, you can easily upload your file through LitCommerce so buyers can download it immediately after purchase.
- Personalization: Etsy allows customers to personalize items with names, messages, or other custom inputs, etc. So that LitCommerce fully supports this feature, helping you offer personalization options without creating separate listings.
Note: Tabs missing required details will display a red warning icon (!) and required fields will be marked with an asterisk (*). You can also adjust other optional fields as needed.
Method 2: Use Templates & Recipes (Free Advanced Editor)
LitCommerce simplifies listing management with its convenient Template and Recipe features, designed to streamline bulk editing and save time. With these tools, you can apply updates across multiple listings at once:
- A template is a predefined set of settings, such as pricing, shipping, or categories, tailored for a specific sales channel. Updating the template will automatically apply those changes to every listing connected to it.
- A recipe combines multiple templates into one easy-to-apply package. For example, a recipe might include your preferred shipping, category, and pricing templates, allowing you to apply all of them to selected products with just a few clicks.
To create templates and recipes
– Go to “Listing Templates/Recipe” in the top-right corner
– Create templates that you need:
- Shipping & Return
- Categories
- Pricing
- Titles & Descriptions
- Personalization
– Name your template for easy reference
– (Optional) Set a template as default so it applies automatically to new listings

3. Publish on Etsy
You have two publishing options:
- Publish Live to Etsy: Your product moves to the Active tab and becomes visible on Etsy.
- Note that Etsy charges a $0.20 listing fee per item posted on their marketplace or mobile app. No extra fee applies for Pattern listings.
- Create Draft on Etsy: Your listing is saved under the Draft tab in your Etsy dashboard, ready for further edits before going live.
Case 2: Import Etsy listings and create them on Wix
If you’re already selling on Etsy and have active listings, but now want to open your own Wix store, LitCommerce makes Wix Etsy integration easy in this case.
You can import Etsy listings, apply filters, and automatically link them, no need to handle product mapping manually.
To import from Etsy to Wix:
– Go to your Etsy sales channel page
– Click “Import from Etsy” in the top-right corner
– Select your custom settings:
- Choose whether to auto-link products
- Re-import existing listings
- Apply filters
– Once everything is set, click “Begin Import”
Your Etsy listings will now be imported to the LitCommerce dashboard.
After the import is complete, return to your Etsy channel page in LitCommerce. All your Etsy listings now appear.
Now, select the products you’d like to create on Wix. Click “Select Action” > “Create on Wix”
That’s it, you’ve successfully imported your Etsy products and listed them on Wix. From here on, LitCommerce will sync product data and inventory between both platforms automatically.
Case 3: Sync Listings When You Have Products on Both Etsy and Wix
If you already have matching products on both Etsy and Wix, you’ll need to link them to keep stock and sales data in sync. LitCommerce provides two linking methods:
1. Auto-link your listings
When importing Etsy listings, select the auto-link option. LitCommerce will automatically link products based on matching SKU numbers between Etsy and Wix.
2. Manually link your listings
If SKUs are missing or inconsistent between Etsy and Wix, you must link the items manually.
To link your listings manually:
– Hover over the red “unlinked” icon beside a product
– Click “Link to a Product”, LitCommerce will suggest potential matches
– Choose the correct item or enter the SKU manually
– Click “Select” to confirm
Once linked, the red icon will turn blue, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification.
After this step, your Etsy and Wix listings will be fully connected, ensuring accurate inventory management across both platforms.
List your Wix products on eBay in just a few clicks!
Easily bulk import, create, and edit your listings in one interface using LitCommerce. By setting up custom rules, you can list Wix products on eBay faster and smoothly.
Step 3: Set up Wix Etsy synchronization
To complete the Wix Etsy integration, you’ll need to activate price, inventory, and order sync features, as well as other additional features.
First, go to “Channel Settings” at the top right corner.
From here, you’ll go through Pricing, Inventory, Order, and Other Settings. Easily toggle each switch to turn on synchronization.
Pricing sync
When enabling the Pricing Sync, any changes you make to the pricing will be updated and displayed automatically on both Wix and Etsy.
You also have access to powerful pricing options:
- Use Sale Price: When enabled, LitCommerce will sync the sale price instead of the regular price if available.
- Currency Conversion: If your Wix and Etsy stores use different currencies, prices will automatically convert based on exchange rates.
- Price Rules: You can set custom pricing rules for each channel to adjust listing prices automatically. For example, if your base price in Wix is $20, and you apply a price rule to increase Etsy prices by 10%, LitCommerce will list that product on Etsy for $22. Similarly, you could set a rule to subtract $5 from all prices if you want to offer Etsy-exclusive discounts.
Inventory sync
When inventory sync is enabled, LitCommerce will automatically update your Etsy inventory to match the stock levels in your Wix store. Each time an order is placed on Etsy, the inventory quantity will adjust accordingly, reducing by the number of units sold.
Additionally, by activating Keep Listings Active, your Etsy listings will remain live, even if the product is moved to archived or draft status in your Wix store.
Different platforms have different inventory display preferences. With LitCommerce, you can tailor your inventory strategy using custom rules for each sales channel:
- Quantity Percentage: Control how much of your total stock is shown.
- Example: If you have 400 units in Wix and set the sync to 25%, only 100 units will appear on Etsy.
- Minimum Quantity: Always display a minimum stock level, even if actual inventory runs low.
- Example: If you set a minimum of 10, and your stock reaches 0, Etsy will still show 10 units available, helping you keep the listing visible.
- Maximum Quantity: Limit the quantity shown on Etsy regardless of actual stock.
- Example: Even if you have 500 units in Wix, you can cap the Etsy listing at 50 units to create a sense of urgency or manage demand.
These rules help you maintain better control, avoid overselling, and present your inventory in a way that best suits your sales strategy.
Order sync
LitCommerce features a smart solution designed to minimize the risk of overselling by accurately synchronizing product quantities across all connected sales channels. Whenever a customer places an order on one platform, LitCommerce automatically updates the stock levels on the others to reflect the sale.
- Skip Unpaid Orders feature prevents unpaid Etsy orders from being imported into LitCommerce by default. When enabled, the system will automatically ignore any orders that haven’t been paid, helping you keep your order management clean and accurate.
- To enable Import Orders to Main Store, make sure Inventory Sync is turned on first. Once activated, LitCommerce will start pulling orders from your Etsy store into the platform and begin transferring those orders into your Wix store.
- Import Orders with Unlinked Products feature allows LitCommerce to import Etsy orders into Wix even if the products haven’t been linked.
- Enable Order with Unlinked Products Notifications to receive email alerts whenever an order contains unlinked items that cannot be imported into Wix. This helps you stay on top of any syncing issues and take quick action to resolve them.
Please note that only linked products will have their stock automatically updated, and unlinked products will be imported but won’t sync inventory levels.
Other settings
LitCommerce also offers several advanced settings to help you further streamline the Wix Etsy integration:
- SKU Sync: This feature lets you synchronize product SKUs from your Wixmain store to Etsy, ensuring consistent product identification across both platforms.
- Title Sync: Automatically aligns product titles between your Wix store and Etsy, keeping your listings uniform and easy to manage.
- Description Sync: Ensures that product descriptions remain consistent across channels, delivering a cohesive shopping experience for your customers regardless of where they browse.

To view and manage all your orders, navigate to the “Orders” tab in the left-side menu.
From here, you can track:
- Order #: LitCommerce’s unique identifier for the order
- Order Date: When the order was placed on the sales channel
- Qty. Sync: Whether stock quantity has been updated across platforms
- Status: Current order status (e.g., pending, fulfilled)
