1. Install the LitCommerce App from the Wix App Market

– Log in to your Wix account

– From the left-hand menu, click Apps > App Market

2. Connect your Etsy store

After installation, you’ll be taken to the “Setup First Channel” page where you can start linking your sales channels.

2. Edit draft listings before they go live

To manually update a listing:

You have two publishing options:

• Publish Live to Etsy: Your product moves to the Active tab and becomes visible on Etsy.
  • Note that Etsy charges a $0.20 listing fee per item posted on their marketplace or mobile app. No extra fee applies for Pattern listings.
• Create Draft on Etsy: Your listing is saved under the Draft tab in your Etsy dashboard, ready for further edits before going live.

Case 2: Import Etsy listings and create them on Wix

Case 3: Sync Listings When You Have Products on Both Etsy and Wix

If you already have matching products on both Etsy and Wix, you’ll need to link them to keep stock and sales data in sync. LitCommerce provides two linking methods:

1. Auto-link your listings

When importing Etsy listings, select the auto-link option. LitCommerce will automatically link products based on matching SKU numbers between Etsy and Wix.

2. Manually link your listings

If SKUs are missing or inconsistent between Etsy and Wix, you must link the items manually. 

To link your listings manually:

– Hover over the red “unlinked” icon beside a product

– Click “Link to a Product”, LitCommerce will suggest potential matches

– Choose the correct item or enter the SKU manually

– Click “Select” to confirm

Once linked, the red icon will turn blue, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification.

After this step, your Etsy and Wix listings will be fully connected, ensuring accurate inventory management across both platforms.

Step 3: Set up Wix Etsy synchronization 

To complete the Wix Etsy integration, you’ll need to activate price, inventory, and order sync features, as well as other additional features. 

First, go to “Channel Settings” at the top right corner.

From here, you’ll go through Pricing, Inventory, Order, and Other Settings. Easily toggle each switch to turn on synchronization.

Pricing sync

When enabling the Pricing Sync, any changes you make to the pricing will be updated and displayed automatically on both Wix and Etsy.

• Use Sale Price: When enabled, LitCommerce will sync the sale price instead of the regular price if available.
• Currency Conversion: If your Wix and Etsy stores use different currencies, prices will automatically convert based on exchange rates.
