LitCommerce provides a refund in full within 30 days of your first subscription if there are any major technical issues. This has been verified and confirmed by the LitCommerce support team and can’t be resolved within 3 business days since the first customer report except for the cases that are related to channel limitations or cases that LitCommerce Team can not affect. After the refund is made LitCommerce stops taking any actions regarding refunded account.
For All-in-one/Custom services, we do not provide refund for following cases:
– You ask for a refund for reasons not related to the service purchased.
– We have completed the Demo steps showing the work is done and ready to deploy in full.
– We have fully provided the services.
– You do not have permission (FTP/Cpanel/Admin account/API) of your channels.
– You want extra features/functionalities which the service does not include.
To request a refund, please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system. You will receive a refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.
