How to Set Up eBay Amazon Integration in 5 Steps
Start by choosing “LitCommerce becomes the source of truth.” This turns LitCommerce into your Main Store where you can manage products, sync updates, and track orders across both eBay and Amazon.
Once connected, you can also expand beyond eBay and Amazon to Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and 20+ other sales channels when your business is ready to grow.
Connect either your eBay or Amazon account first. Then, import your existing products into LitCommerce. You can use filters to choose which items you want to bring in, instead of importing everything at once.
If you are starting fresh and do not have products on either marketplace, LitCommerce supports XLSX/CSV import with automatic field mapping. You can also create new listings from product images using the AI listing generator.
Next, connect the second marketplace and select products to cross-list from eBay to Amazon or from Amazon to eBay.
LitCommerce creates draft listings first, so you can review product details, complete Amazon or eBay required fields, apply channel-specific templates or rules, and publish only when each listing is ready.
Listing templates and automation rules also help speed up setup, apply product attributes, and reduce repetitive work across both channels.
Turn on price and inventory sync to keep your eBay and Amazon listings updated automatically. When you connect eBay to Amazon, LitCommerce helps sync stock and pricing between channels, so you do not have to update each listing by hand.
You can also set rules for display quantity and price changes on each marketplace. This helps reduce overselling, protect your profit, and keep product data accurate as orders come in.
Note: Amazon FBA inventory sync is not supported.
Manage eBay and Amazon orders from one centralized dashboard instead of switching between seller accounts. LitCommerce imports order details, helps you process orders faster, and keeps fulfillment information organized in one place.
You can also connect fulfillment services to handle orders more smoothly. Then, use Sales Reports to compare performance across eBay and Amazon.
For Amazon, please note: Due to Amazon API limitations, only order product details are imported (no customer information) and order status updates fulfilled in your Main Store do not sync back to Amazon.
Selling on both eBay and Amazon? An eBay Amazon integration is one of the smartest ways to reach more buyers without doubling your workload, whether you’re expanding from eBay to Amazon or the other way around.
But, these two big marketplaces don’t talk to each other on their own. Each has its own listings and stock counts. That’s where LitCommerce comes in, sitting in the middle to keep both stores in step and let you run everything from one screen.
Here is how to set up eBay Amazon integration using LitCommerce:
- Step 1: Set up your Main Store
- Step 2: Connect your eBay store
- Step 3: Import eBay products to LitCommerce
- Step 4: Connect your Amazon store
- Step 5: Cross-list eBay products to Amazon
- Step 6: Set up eBay Amazon sync
- Step 7: Manage orders and track your sales
You don’t need any technical skills to follow along. Let’s get started.
Step 1: Set Up Your Main Store
Your Main Store is the central hub that connects your eBay and Amazon stores. Think of it as the source of truth: the place where you manage all your product catalog and stock data, which all your channels sync to and from.

You have two options here, depending on your setup:
- Use LitCommerce as your Main Store. If you just sell on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon and don’t have an online store yet, you can let LitCommerce act as your Main Store. This is the simplest path for marketplace-only sellers.
- Use your existing online store. If you already run a store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, etc, you can set it as your Main Store instead. Your product data on Amazon and eBay will be synced through this online store.
For this guide, we’ll focus on the eBay to Amazon setup without an online store, so we’ll use LitCommerce as the Main Store.
Step 2: Connect Your eBay Store
With your Main Store ready, the next move is to link your eBay store to LitCommerce. This is what lets LitCommerce see your existing eBay listings so you can work with them later.
Follow these steps to connect your eBay store to LitCommerce:
1. From the list of supported marketplaces, find eBay and click Connect under the eBay logo.
2. Enter your eBay store name, choose your eBay country, then hit Connect Your Account.
3. After that, allow LitCommerce to access your existing eBay seller account.

Once you approve the connection, your eBay store is officially linked. You’ll see it appear as a channel inside your dashboard, ready for the next step.
Step 3: Import eBay Products to LitCommerce
Now it’s time to pull your eBay listings into LitCommerce so you have them ready to cross-list. Importing them gives you one clean catalog to work from, instead of copying details by hand later.
This saves you a huge amount of typing.
Here’s how to import your eBay products to LitCommerce:
1. Open the eBay channel tab in LitCommerce.
2. Click Import from eBay.
3. Filter which products you want to bring in, let LitCommerce auto-link your items where it can, allow auto-create products on LitCommerce.
4. Click Begin Import to start.

Your eBay listings will then load into LitCommerce as products. From here, they sit in your central catalog – LitCommerce, waiting to be sent over to Amazon once you connect it.
Step 4: Connect Your Amazon Store
With your eBay products imported, the next step is to add Amazon as a sales channel. Connecting Amazon opens the door to cross-listing, so your eBay items can appear in front of millions of Amazon shoppers. To connect eBay to Amazon, you’ll add your Amazon store the same way you added eBay.
Here is how to connect your Amazon store to LitCommerce as a second sales channel:
1. Click Add/Manage Sales Channels, then Add New Channel to go back to the list of supported marketplaces in LitCommerce.
2. Find Amazon and click Connect under the Amazon logo.
3. Enter your Amazon store name, choose your Amazon marketplace country (for example, Amazon US), and click Connect Your Account.
4. Finally, authorize LitCommerce to access your seller data.

Once finished, you now have both eBay and Amazon sitting side by side in your dashboard. You’re now ready to start cross-listing.
Step 5: Cross-List eBay Products to Amazon
This is the most important step in your eBay Amazon integration: list your products from eBay to Amazon. Cross-listing means your products go live on Amazon while still selling on eBay, all from the catalog you already imported.
Before you start, it helps to know which of two cases your products fall into:
- Case 1: The product already exists on Amazon. You’ll list it using the existing ASIN from the Amazon catalog.
- Case 2: The product isn’t on Amazon yet. You’ll need to apply for a GTIN Exemption and send a proof to LitCommerce so they can configure it for your store.
Either way, the listing steps are the same. Here’s how to cross-list your eBay products to Amazon with LitCommerce.
1. Go to All Products and select the eBay items you want to list on Amazon.
2. Click Select Action, then choose List Products to Channels.
3. Check the box next to your Amazon store, then click Add As Draft Now.
4. Open the Amazon tab and review each draft listing.
5. Fill in the details Amazon requires (product identifiers, shipping, condition, etc), including the ASIN or GTIN Exemption that applies to your case.
6. Once a listing looks good, click Save and Publish to Amazon.

Pro tip: If you have a large catalog, LitCommerce lets you build templates for offer, shipping, and pricing, then apply the same details to many products at once. This allows you to edit your Amazon listings in bulk, cutting your listing time dramatically.
And if you’re going the other direction, selling on Amazon and expanding to eBay, the steps are the same: import your Amazon listings into LitCommerce, then list them on eBay.
Step 6: Set Up eBay Amazon Sync
Now let’s set up eBay and Amazon sync to keep your data consistent across both marketplaces.
To access sync settings, click Channel Settings inside both your Amazon and eBay stores in LitCommerce. Here are the main sync settings you can turn on for your eBay and Amazon integration:
- Price sync: Turn on price sync on both eBay and Amazon so any price changes you make in LitCommerce are automatically reflected on both marketplaces. You can also apply price rules to increase or decrease your eBay and Amazon prices by a set amount or percentage, handy since Amazon’s fees often differ from eBay’s.

- Inventory sync: Enable inventory sync on both channels to keep stock levels consistent across eBay, Amazon, and LitCommerce, so you never sell the same item twice. Once enabled, orders from both marketplaces are also automatically imported into LitCommerce, letting you manage everything from one dashboard.

A quick note on Amazon products: LitCommerce can’t sync inventory for items fulfilled through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), since Amazon keeps FBA stock in its own warehouses, separate from your store’s inventory.
It’s also worth knowing that, because of Amazon’s data limits, orders imported from Amazon won’t carry shipping or customer details (like name and address). You’ll still see the purchased product information, such as title, SKU, and price.
After you set your preferences, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page. From that point on, your two stores stay in step on their own.
Step 7: Manage Orders and Track Your Sales
With sync running, your orders from Amazon and eBay flow into one central hub: LitCommerce. No more bouncing between two seller accounts to see what sold and what needs shipping. Everything lands in your dashboard, side by side.

From LitCommerce, you can:
- Review every order in one place. The Orders tab shows all your eBay and Amazon orders together, so you can track each one’s status from a single hub.
- See which channel is winning. Head to Sales Reports to compare performance across both marketplaces, spot which one drives more revenue, and learn what’s working, so you can build a smarter selling strategy.
