Selling on eBay and want to tap into Etsy’s craft-loving shoppers or the other way around? An eBay Etsy integration is one of the simplest ways to put your products in front of two huge audiences without doubling your workload. eBay brings you millions of everyday buyers, while Etsy connects you with people hunting for handmade, vintage, and one-of-a-kind goods.
However, these two marketplaces don’t talk to each other directly – each keeps its own listings, stock, and orders, with no updates passing between them. LitCommerce bridges that gap, holding both stores together so you can run them from a single screen.
Here’s everything we’ll cover in this eBay Etsy integration with LitCommerce guide:
- Step 1: Choose your Main Store
- Step 2: Connect your eBay store
- Step 3: Bring your eBay products into LitCommerce
- Step 4: Connect your Etsy store
- Step 5: List your eBay products on Etsy
- Step 6: Turn on eBay Etsy sync
- Step 7: Manage orders and track your sales
There’s nothing technical here, so anyone can follow along. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Choose Your Main Store
Your Main Store is the central hub that ties your eBay and Etsy stores together. Think of it as your single source of truth – the place where your full product catalog and stock levels live, and the place every channel syncs to and from.
You have two ways to set your Main Store in LitCommerce, and the right choice depends on how you sell:
- Use your existing online store as your Main Store: Already running a Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or BigCommerce storefront? Make that your Main Store, and your eBay and Etsy product data flows through it.
- Use LitCommerce as your Main Store: If marketplaces like eBay and Etsy are your only sales channels and you haven’t built your own website, LitCommerce can act as the hub itself. For sellers who stick to marketplaces, this is the easiest path.

For this guide, we’ll focus on the eBay to Etsy setup without a separate website, so we’ll use LitCommerce as the Main Store.
Step 2: Connect Your eBay Store
With your Main Store ready, your next move is to connect eBay to LitCommerce. This is what lets LitCommerce see your existing eBay listings so you can work with them in the next steps.
Follow these steps to connect your eBay store:
1. From the list of supported marketplaces, find eBay and click Connect under the eBay logo.
2. Enter your eBay store name, choose your eBay country, then hit Connect Your Account.
3. Allow LitCommerce to access your existing eBay seller account.

Once you confirm, your eBay shop is connected. It’ll appear as a channel on your dashboard, and you’re ready to move on.
Step 3: Import Your eBay Products Into LitCommerce
Now it’s time to pull your eBay listings into LitCommerce so they’re ready to cross-list. Importing gives you one clean catalog to work from, instead of copying product details by hand later on.
Here’s how to import your eBay products into LitCommerce:
1. Open the eBay channel tab in LitCommerce and click Import from eBay.
2. Filter which products you want to bring in, let LitCommerce auto-link your items where it can, and allow it to auto-create products in LitCommerce.
3. Click Begin Import to start.

Your eBay listings then load into LitCommerce as products. From here, they sit in your central catalog, waiting to go live on Etsy once you connect it.
Step 4: Connect Your Etsy Store
With your eBay products in place, it’s time to add Etsy as your second sales channel. This opens the door to Etsy’s audience of shoppers looking for handmade and unique finds.
Here’s how to add your Etsy store as a second channel on LitCommerce:
1. Select Add/Manage Sales Channels, then Add New Channel to return to the supported marketplaces list.
2. Find Etsy and click Connect under the Etsy logo.
3. Enter your Etsy store name, then click Connect Your Account.
4. Give LitCommerce permission to access your Etsy seller account.

With that done, eBay and Etsy now sit side by side on your dashboard, and you’re ready to start cross-listing.
Step 5: List Your eBay Products on Etsy
This is the heart of your eBay Etsy integration: sending your products from eBay over to Etsy. Cross-listing means your products go live on Etsy while they keep selling on eBay – all from the catalog you already imported, so there’s no rebuilding from scratch.
Here’s how to list your eBay products on Etsy with LitCommerce:
1. Go to All Products and select the imported eBay items you want to list on Etsy.
2. Click Select Action, then choose Add to Channel Drafts.

3. Check the box next to your Etsy store, then click Add As Draft Now.

4. Open the Etsy tab and review each draft listing. Etsy asks for its own details, such as category, materials, and shipping profiles, so fill those in.

5. Once a listing looks good, click Save and Publish to Etsy.
Pro tip: If you have a large catalog, use Quick/Auto List to Etsy to bulk edit and upload your products. You can build templates for details like shipping, category, and pricing, then apply the same settings to many Etsy listings at once – a huge time-saver when you have a lot of products to list.

Going the other way: Transfer Etsy Listings to eBay
The steps work in reverse too. To transfer Etsy listings to eBay using LitCommerce, follow these steps:
1. Start with an Etsy to eBay import: open the Etsy channel tab, click Import from Etsy, and bring your listings into LitCommerce.
2. Then select those products, choose Add to Channel Drafts, and pick your eBay store.
3. One thing to plan for – eBay tends to ask for more product details than Etsy, such as item identifiers, return policies, and category-specific information, so set aside a little extra time to fill those in before you publish.
Step 6: Turn On eBay Etsy Sync
Now let’s switch on sync so your eBay and Etsy stores keep themselves consistent without manual work. Once it’s running, your prices, stock counts, and orders stay aligned across eBay and Etsy on their own.
To reach these settings, click Channel Settings inside both your eBay and Etsy stores in LitCommerce. Here are the main sync settings you can turn on for your eBay Etsy integration:
- Price sync: Switch this on for both channels, and any price you adjust in LitCommerce updates on both marketplaces automatically. You can also apply price rules to raise or lower your eBay and Etsy prices by a set amount or percentage – handy when each marketplace charges different fees.

- Inventory sync: Turn this on for both channels to keep stock levels matched across eBay, Etsy, and LitCommerce, so you never oversell. You can set minimum and maximum stock thresholds, keep listings active when stock hits zero, and use inventory rules to sync only a portion of your available stock to each channel. With inventory sync enabled, orders from both marketplaces also pull into LitCommerce automatically, so every sale lands in one dashboard.

Once your settings look the way you want, click Save Settings at the foot of the page. From there, your two stores keep themselves aligned with no further effort from you.
Step 7: Manage Orders and Track Your Sales
Once sync is on, every eBay and Etsy order lands in one place: LitCommerce. You no longer have to jump between two seller accounts to check what’s sold and what still needs shipping – it’s all there on your dashboard, side by side.
From LitCommerce, you can:
- Review every order in one place: The Orders tab shows all your eBay and Etsy orders together, so you can track each one’s status from a single screen.
- See which channel is winning: Head to Sales Reports to compare performance, spot which marketplace drives more revenue, and shape a smarter selling strategy.

And that’s your eBay Etsy integration, set up end to end. So, can you connect eBay to Etsy and keep them running together? With LitCommerce, you can and once it’s in place, your products reach two big audiences while your stock and orders stay in step on their own.
