When will I be billed?

We offer a 7-day free trial with no upfront charges. You can cancel anytime during the trial, and you won’t be billed.

If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically, and your chosen plan will be charged.

Once you cancel, your subscription stops immediately, and you won’t be able to access premium features.

Are there setup fees?

Nope! The prices you see above are all you pay.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do.

We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using LitCommerce will be more successful multi-channel retailers in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal.

Annual contracts make happier LitCommerce customers. And we want you to be happy!

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

We don’t automatically upgrade your subscription if you exceed your current listing or channel limits. Instead, if you reach your plan’s maximum number of listings or channels, our system will display a banner prompting you to consider upgrading.

For example, if you try adding channels beyond your plan’s allowance, you’ll see a banner, and the “Connect” buttons will be disabled until you upgrade.

For cancellations, monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans at a discounted rate commit you to a full year of service.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shopify, and Wix Payment.

If you choose PayPal, you don’t need to have an account—simply enter your card details, and PayPal will process the payment.
