Manage eBay Messages without Switching Tabs
Buyer questions can arrive at any stage of a sale. Now, you can keep up with them without moving between LitCommerce and eBay.
Each connected eBay channel now includes a dedicated Messages page where you can view and manage buyer conversations.
To start importing messages, open your eBay Channel Settings and enable Messages.
LitCommerce will import new messages received after the feature is enabled. Messages that existed before activation will not be pulled into your LitCommerce account.
You can also hide conversations you no longer need to see. Hiding them in LitCommerce will not delete or change the original messages on eBay.
