The LitCommerce Feeds app has earned the Built for Shopify badge. Shopify gives this badge to apps that meet its requirements for performance, design and integration with the Shopify admin.
With this update, you can also check your feeds through Shopify Sidekick, the AI assistant inside your Shopify admin. Ask Sidekick a question and get the answer without opening the LitCommerce Feeds app.
What you can ask Sidekick
Sidekick can answer questions about five areas of your LitCommerce Feeds account:
- Your feed list: all feeds, or only the ones that are Active or Inactive
- The last updated time of a specific feed
- The “must fix” errors in a specific feed
- Your current LitCommerce Feeds subscription
- The URL of a specific feed
How it works
Open Sidekick in your Shopify admin and type a request such as “I want to check LitCommerce feeds.” Sidekick returns a summary of your feeds, including how many are active, how many “must fix” errors each one has, and when each feed last updated.
Sidekick also links to each feed, so you can open the one you need in LitCommerce Feeds. It then asks which feed you want to check for error details, and you can continue from there.
When you need a feed URL for Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager or another channel, ask Sidekick for it by the feed’s name.
Who this helps
If you run a Shopify store and advertise on several channels, you probably check your feeds between other admin tasks. Now you can ask Sidekick whether a feed is still active or has errors while you’re working on orders or products, without switching to another app.
