PayPal: Payment Failed Handling
We’ve updated how we handle PayPal payment failures on app marketplaces to give users a smoother experience.
Now, if your subscription payment fails (e.g. after a free trial or during monthly renewal):
- Your subscription will be automatically cancelled
- You’ll get an extra 3 days of access from the moment the issue occurs, giving you time to fix it without service interruption
- You’ll receive an email notification prompting you to retry the payment
This ensures you stay informed and have a grace period to resolve payment issues.
