Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for LitCommerce (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Services signifies your agreement to this Policy. Failure to comply with this Policy will result in the termination of your access to the Services.

Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. This means you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason. This guarantee applies to all LitCommerce products and services and only applies once.

After the initial 30 days, refunds are only considered for significant issues resulting in data loss or severe disruption of your LitCommerce account. We will not process refunds for the following reasons:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Unintentional continued subscription
  • Past-due refunds
  • Expertise insufficiency
  • Goodwill requests
  • Change of mind about app usage

        We are not liable for, and will not issue refunds for losses, damages, or injuries (personal or property) arising from:

        • Misuse of our service 
        • Failure to follow our instructions.
        • Your use of third-party products or services.
        • Your decisions and actions

              What Will Happen To My Account?

              Requesting a refund will cease your access to LitCommerce paid plans. All associated features will be deactivated.

              Payment Method

              We issue refunds via your original payment method (PayPal or associated instrument). To initiate a refund request, please contact our Support Team.

              If you purchase LitCommerce through App Markets, the payment processing time may take up to 7 business days. Your refund will be issued as soon as the payment is received.

              Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please notify us of any unexpected delays.

              Service Termination

              LitCommerce may terminate your access to the Services without notice if you:

              • Violate our Terms of Service.
              • Fail to pay any outstanding payments
              • Engage in harmful conduct toward LitCommerce and other users, or create liability for either party as determined solely by LitCommerce.

                  Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for prepaid fees. You are responsible for all fees accrued before termination, plus any remaining costs for the current billing cycle.
