Louisiana Orchid Connection Manages Three Sales Channels from Shopify with Guided Live Chat Setup

Louisiana Orchid Connection uses LitCommerce to manage more than 2,000 listings across Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop from Shopify, with patient live chat guidance during setup and one workflow for keeping inventory, orders, and pricing aligned.

The seller

John runs Louisiana Orchid Connection from Shopify, selling orchid species and hybrids as seedlings, compots, and flasks, along with growing supplies, across Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

The challenge

With Shopify as the main sales channel, keeping eBay and Etsy in sync had been an ongoing challenge, and the first steps of a new setup left John unsure what to do next.

The solution with LitCommerce

Louisiana Orchid Connection uses LitCommerce to connect its Shopify catalog to Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop and manage inventory, orders, and pricing from one place. When John reached a point where he was not sure how to proceed, LitCommerce support agent Harvey joined through live chat and guided him through the initial setup. John describes Harvey as patient and helpful throughout.
