Etsy Integration Guide
Step 1: Set up your web store on LitCommerce
Begin by creating an account on LitCommerce, an effective Etsy product listing software, and connect your web store. LitCommerce supports integration with popular platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix, and 5 more. You can connect either through the LitCommerce app or directly from your eCommerce platform’s app store.
After setup, LitCommerce will automatically import your existing product listings, centralizing your store management.
Step 2: Connect your Etsy shop
Proceed to connect your Etsy shop by navigating to the Setup First Channel page on LitCommerce. Click the Connect button under the Etsy logo, name your shop, and follow the setup instructions. Once connected, you can also integrate with other marketplaces, broadening your reach beyond Etsy.
Step 3: List/Import/Link Etsy listings to your web store
With both your web store and Etsy shop connected, utilize LitCommerce as your Etsy bulk listing tool to manage your product listings. You can list products from your web store on Etsy, import products from Etsy to your web store, or link products across both platforms.
- To list products, select them in the All Product section, choose to list on Etsy, and use LitCommerce’s templates and Quick Grid features for bulk editing.
- If importing from Etsy, click Import from Etsy to transfer listings to your web store.
- To link products, match them by SKU to synchronize inventory and sales.
Step 4: Sync your inventory and orders
Finally, set up inventory and order synchronization using LitCommerce’s Etsy product listing software. Enable Inventory Sync in the Channel Settings to maintain consistent stock levels across platforms. Customize settings for quantity, maximum, and minimum stock.
For order management, activate Import Orders to Mainstore to handle and fulfill orders from Etsy directly through your primary store’s platform, streamlining your operations and reducing the need to switch between channels.
