We’re updating the Amazon channel’s interface and API to match Amazon’s changes (effective March 23). Here’s what’s new:
Tabs & fields updated: Shipping, Offer, SEO & Listing Details will have new or revised fields and value sets.
New templates required: To create or update listings, please build new templates (Offer tab still uses the previous version).
No impact on inventory or order sync – everything continues working as before.
Why this matters: Amazon tightened its requirements around attributes and enumeration values to improve listing accuracy and error handling. With this update, you’ll stay compliant with Amazon’s latest standards and avoid disruptions.
What you need to do:
Create new templates for Shipping, SEO, and Listing Details.
Update those templates with the new required fields.
Offer tab stays compatible with old templates.
Review and update existing listings with the new templates.
