Quick Publish to TikTok is Here!
A new Quick Publish to TikTok feature is now available in the Channel Listing section for sellers connected to TikTok. This update helps you list products faster with fewer steps—ideal if you manage a small number of categories or just want to speed things up.
How it works:
1 – Select Products from All Products
- Choose all or filter for specific products
- Only products not yet listed on TikTok (including Draft or Error status) are shown by default, only in-stock items appear
- If a Minimum Quantity is set in Channel Settings, both in-stock and out-of-stock items may be included
2 – Apply or Create Templates
- Choose from existing templates or create a new one on the spot
- New templates are saved automatically and added to your list
- Search is now available for quicker selection
3 – Publish to TikTok
- Choose how to publish your products:
- Create New Product as Active
- Create New Product as Draft
- If a product is inactive in your main store, it will publish as Draft
- Publishing runs in the background so you can leave the screen
- Only one Quick Publish task can run at a time
- While active, manual listing from All Products to Draft Listings is temporarily disabled
Additional notes:
- Products in Draft missing required fields will be marked with a “missing info” tag
- Template selection now includes a search function for faster access
