Which orders are counted towards the pricing plan order limits?

All new orders from any sales channel connected to LitCommerce are included in the count. Your order count is reset at the start of your billing cycle each month.

When will I be billed?

You will not be charged if you use the Free Forever plan. Otherwise, you will first be billed on the day you choose a pricing plan and enter your payment information. If your order volume exceeds your plan limit during your billing cycle, you will be updated automatically to the next tier and charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. A subscription to our service is much like any other subscription in that it will automatically be renewed and billed to you until you cancel.

Are there setup fees?

Nope! The prices you see above are all you pay.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using LitCommerce will be more successful multi-channel retailers in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier LitCommerce customers. And we want you to be happy.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, you can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time. If your order volume exceeds your plan during your billing cycle, you will be updated automatically to the next tier and charged a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. If you choose annual billing at the discounted rate, you are committing to a full year of service. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
