New: Bulk Linking for Channel Listings
We’ve just launched a new Bulk Linking Listing feature to help you match your unlinked channel listings with products in your Main Store more efficiently.
Here’s how it works:
How to Use Bulk Linking
- Go to Channel Listing
Select the Unlinked Products tab. - Start Linking
Click on Select Action → Link Listing. - Set Linking Criteria
In the Link Product to your Main Store popup, you can:- Choose one or more identifiers to match your products.
- Supported identifiers include: SKU, Product Title, UPC, EAN, GTIN. You can select up to 5 identifiers and reorder them by priority.
- Link Products
Click Link Products to let the system auto-match for you.
How the Matching Works
- The system goes through the identifiers in the priority order you set.
- Each listing will only be linked using one matching identifier.
- If the system finds:
- Multiple matches for the same identifier → it will return an error.
- No match found for any identifier → it will return an error.
This feature helps you save time, reduce manual work, and ensures your listings stay synced correctly across channels.
