Quick Publish to Etsy Is Now Available
A new Quick Publish to Etsy feature is now available in the Channel Listing section for users connected to Etsy. This feature is designed to reduce the steps required to list products on Etsy, especially for users managing a small number of product categories.
Workflow Overview:
1 – Select Products from All Products
- Users can select all or filter specific products
- Only products not yet listed on the channel (including those in Draft or Error status) are shown
- By default, only in-stock items are included
- If Minimum Quantity is configured in Channel Settings, both in-stock and out-of-stock items may appear
- A publish cap is enforced: if the number of selected products plus the number of publish attempts in a day exceeds 1,000, publishing is disabled until the next day or until the total is reduced to ≤1,000
2 – Apply or Create Templates
- Templates can be selected from existing ones or created during the publish flow
- Newly created templates are automatically saved and appear in the template list
- A search function is now available when applying templates
3 – Publish to Etsy
- Users can choose between:
- Create New Product as Active Create
- New Product as Draft
- If a product is inactive in the main store, it will still publish as Draft
- The task runs in the background; users can leave the screen
- Only one Quick Publish task can run at a time
- While active, manual listing actions from All Products to Draft Listings are temporarily disabled
Additional notes:
- Products in Drafts missing required fields are tagged with “missing info”.
- Template application now supports search for faster selection
This update is based on Etsy’s current API and rate limitations and may be adjusted if changes are introduced.
