Quick Publish to Facebook (for TikTok Users)
We’ve just launched Quick Publish to Facebook for sellers connected to the Facebook channel. You can access it from Channel Listings or All Products. This streamlined feature helps you list products faster with fewer steps, ideal for small catalogs or quickly getting new items live.
What you need to know:
- The flow is similar to Quick Publish to Etsy/TikTok Shop
- There is no daily publish limit
- By default, it includes both in-stock and out-of-stock products
How it works:
1. Select Products
- Choose products directly from the All Products tab
- Only products not yet listed on Facebook (in Draft or Error status) are shown by default
- Only in-stock products are selected by default, unless you have set a Minimum Quantity in Channel Settings. In that case, both in-stock and out-of-stock products may be included
2. Apply or Create Templates
- Use an existing listing template or create a new one on the spot
- New templates are saved automatically for future use
- A new search bar is available to help you quickly find templates
3. Publish to Facebook
- Choose to publish your products as Active or Draft
- If a product is inactive in your main store, it will be published as Draft
- Publishing runs in the background so you can leave the page anytime
- Only one Quick Publish task can run at a time.
While it is active, manual listing from All Products to Draft Listings will be temporarily disabled
Additional updates:
- Products in Draft that are missing required fields will be marked with a “missing info” tag
- The new search function in template selection makes it easier to navigate large template lists
