Step 1: Connect Shopify with Walmart
To initiate the integration, start by creating a new LitCommerce account or logging in with your Facebook or Google account. Once logged in, select Shopify as your main store. Make sure you have a Shopify store already set up before proceeding with the integration. In the setup process, click on the Connect button under Shopify and provide the required URL.
After connecting Shopify, select Walmart as an additional sales channel in the Setup First Channel section. Choose a nickname for your Walmart channel and select the region where you want your Walmart store to be located.
Finally, connect your Walmart account to LitCommerce. It’s important to note that certain marketplace listings may incur additional costs.
Step 2: Import products between Shopify and Walmart
Once the connection is established, LitCommerce will automatically import your Shopify products into the LitCommerce dashboard. This saves you valuable time and effort. To list your products on Walmart, navigate to the List products on the channel dropdown menu within LitCommerce and select Walmart.
Choose the specific products you want to list on Walmart by checking the corresponding checkboxes. Clicking on the “List products on a channel” option will redirect you to the Walmart draft listings page.
Here, you can customize and optimize your listings to meet Walmart’s requirements and guidelines. Ensure that your product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and compelling.
You have the option to edit listings individually using Single edit mode or make edits for multiple listings simultaneously using Multi-edit mode.
Step 3: Enable Shopify-Walmart sync
LitCommerce offers seamless synchronization of inventory, pricing, and orders between your Shopify store and Walmart. Enabling the sync function ensures that any changes in inventory or pricing made on Shopify are automatically reflected on Walmart.
To enable the sync, access the main dashboard of LitCommerce and select the Walmart channel. At the top right corner of the interface, click on “Channel Settings.”
This will take you to the settings page, where you’ll find three sections: Pricing, Inventory, and Order. Toggle the switches next to the sync options in each section to activate the corresponding features. Confirm the changes to initiate the synchronization process.
Step 4: Manage Walmart orders
Efficiently manage your Walmart orders through LitCommerce. In the LitCommerce dashboard, navigate to the “Listing” section on the left sidebar menu and select your Walmart sales channel.
Click on the “Channel Settings” option at the top right corner of the interface and scroll down to the bottom. Next to “Import Orders to the Main Store,” click on the corresponding button.
This will import Walmart orders into your main store’s dashboard, allowing you to conveniently review and fulfill them from one centralized location.
