- Shopify/Shopify Plus
The eCommerce platform (a.k.a your online store) will act as the source store to ensure data import and order management.
Next, you need to provide the necessary information specific to your platform’s requirements. Once you successfully connect your online store, proceed to connect with Walmart. LitCommerce supports integration with 15+ marketplaces, including Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wish, Google Shopping, and Facebook.
By creating an account on Walmart and assigning a nickname, you can easily connect your Walmart account to LitCommerce. It is important to note that certain marketplace listings may entail additional costs.
#Step 2: List Products on Walmart
After establishing the connection, it’s time to list your products on Walmart. Using the intuitive interface of LitCommerce, you can create new draft listings effortlessly.
Navigate to the “All products” section within LitCommerce and select the products you wish to list on Walmart by checking the corresponding checkboxes. Click on the “List products on a channel” option and choose Walmart from the provided list of channels.
Once you click on Walmart, you will be redirected to the new draft listings page, where you can customize and optimize your listings according to Walmart’s requirements and guidelines. Make sure to include accurate product information, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images. After making the necessary edits, you can proceed to publish your listings on Walmart.
#Step 3: Enable Walmart Sync
LitCommerce offers seamless synchronization of inventory, pricing, and orders between your online store and Walmart. Enabling the Walmart sync function ensures that any price adjustments made in your online store will be automatically reflected on Walmart. This eliminates the need for manual updates and helps maintain consistency across all channels.
To enable Walmart sync, access the main dashboard of LitCommerce and select the Walmart channel. Click on the “Channel Settings” option located at the top right corner of the interface.
On the settings page, you will find three sections: Pricing, Inventory, and Order. Toggle the switches beside the sync options in each section to activate the corresponding features. Confirm the changes to initiate the synchronization process.
#Step 4: Manage Orders
Effectively managing orders is crucial for a successful selling experience at Walmart. LitCommerce simplifies the order management process by providing seamless integration with your online store’s dashboard.
To manage Walmart orders, navigate to the “Listing” section on the left sidebar menu and select your Walmart sales channel. Click on the “Channel Settings” option at the top right corner of the interface and scroll down to the bottom. From there, click on the button next to “Import Orders to the eCommerce platform.”
By importing orders from Walmart into your online store’s dashboard, you can conveniently review and fulfill them. LitCommerce allows you to track the order status and manage the fulfillment process efficiently. The order page comprises five primary tabs: All, Open, Completed, Ready to Ship, and Unlinked.
These tabs provide clarity and organization, even when dealing with a large number of orders. For instance, the “Ready to Ship” tab indicates that the customer’s order is fully packed and ready for shipping.
