How to Connect Wix Store with TikTok Shop | Sell on TikTok with Wix

This LitCommerce Academy tutorial walks you through the full process of integrating your Wix store with TikTok Shop to streamline multichannel selling.

Step 1: Connect Wix to TikTok Shop

  • Install LitCommerce from the Wix App Market

  • Set Wix as the main store and connect TikTok Shop as a sales channel

  • Authorize access to complete the integration

Step 2: List and Import Products

  • Case 1: List Wix products on TikTok Shop by creating drafts, editing details, and publishing directly

  • Case 2: Import products from TikTok Shop to Wix by selecting and listing items via LitCommerce

  • Case 3: Link existing products on both channels automatically or manually using SKU/UPC matching

Step 3: Set Up Wix–TikTok Sync

  • Enable price sync to match TikTok pricing with Wix

  • Use inventory sync and set rules for stock adjustments, min/max limits, or stock percentages

  • Syncing keeps data consistent across both platforms

Step 4: Manage TikTok Orders in Wix

  • Enable order sync to import TikTok orders into Wix

  • Note: For “Shipped by TikTok” orders, customer data will be encrypted and limited due to platform policies
