How to Import eBay Listings to Shopify? 4-Easy-Step Guide

In this LitCommerce Academy tutorial, we’ll discover how to import product listings from eBay to Shopify in four easy steps, then keep both stores synced.

Before starting, make sure your Shopify and eBay stores are set up.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Connect eBay to Shopify

First, connect your Shopify store to LitCommerce as a Main Store, then add eBay as a channel. Once finished, you’ve successfully connected Shopify to eBay.

Step 2: Import eBay listings to Shopify

In your eBay store, choose Import Products from eBay. Here, you can set your options, such as filtering which products to import, auto-linking products on eBay and Shopify by SKU/UPC, etc., then click Begin Import.

After that, select the imported eBay products, click Select Action → Create on Shopify to push them into your Shopify store.

Step 3: Set up eBay Shopify sync

In your eBay Channel Settings, enable price and inventory sync so eBay prices and stock sync with Shopify.

Optional extras include price/inventory rules, strike-through pricing, Out of Stock Control, auto-listing on restock, and syncing with Shopify’s multiple locations.

Step 4: Manage eBay orders

In the Order section, you can turn on Import Orders to Main Store to pull eBay orders into your Shopify dashboard. This way, you can easily manage all your orders, from different platforms, in one dashboard.
