How to Transfer eBay Listings to Another Account – Clone Listings Super Fast
This LitCommerce Academy video guides you through how to transfer eBay listings to another account in bulk. You’ll learn how to connect multiple eBay accounts, import and clone listings, publish them to another account, and keep product data synchronized.
Here’s the breakdown:
Step 1: Select LitCommerce as Your Main Store
First, log in to LitCommerce and select LitCommerce as your Main Store.
The Main Store acts as the central hub connecting your eBay accounts. This allows listings and supported data to move between them without manual copying.
Then, click Next to continue.
Step 2: Connect Multiple eBay Accounts to LitCommerce
Find eBay under the supported marketplaces and click Connect.
Enter your first eBay store name, select its country, and click Connect Your Account. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to authorize LitCommerce.
Once the first account is connected, click Add/Manage Sales Channels, then select Add New Channel.
Repeat the same process to connect your second eBay account. You can also add more accounts if needed.
Step 3: Import Listings from Your First eBay Account
Open the eBay channel you want to transfer listings from and click Import from eBay.
Next, choose which listings to import using filters such as:
-
Listing status
-
Item ID
-
eBay store category
For example, you can import both active and ended listings.
Once your import settings are ready, click Begin Import. The selected listings will then appear in your first eBay channel in LitCommerce.
Step 4: Clone eBay Listings to a Second Account
Select the imported listings you want to transfer. Then, click Select Action and choose Clone to other eBay channel.
In the pop-up window, select one or multiple destination eBay accounts. You can also configure options such as:
-
Override existing drafts
-
Reuse clone templates
-
End the original listings
Once everything is set, click Clone Listings to Channel. The listings will appear as drafts in the destination account, with most details carried over, including titles, images, SKUs, and categories.
Next, open the drafts and complete any missing information. Finally, click Save & Publish to eBay.
For a larger catalog, you can use Quick & Auto List to eBay to apply shared categories, Business Policies, and other settings to multiple products at once.
You can also select Designer under your eBay store to customize and apply LitCommerce’s ready-made listing templates.
Step 5: Keep Both eBay Accounts in Sync
Finally, open Channel Settings for both eBay channels.
Enable Price Sync so price changes made in LitCommerce can update across your connected eBay accounts.
Next, turn on Inventory Sync to keep stock levels consistent and reduce the risk of overselling.
Orders from both eBay accounts can also be imported into LitCommerce, giving you one dashboard to manage your orders. Additionally, you can enable automatic order import to a connected fulfillment service to reduce manual work.
Once you have configured the settings for both accounts, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
