How to Bulk Import eBay Products to TikTok Shop? – eBay TikTok Shop Integration

In this LitCommerce Academy tutorial, you’ll learn how to import all your eBay products to TikTok Shop.

Before getting started, make sure you have active stores on both channels.

Here is how:

Step 1: Connect your Main Store

You can connect your online store (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce…) as your Main Store, or use LitCommerce as a Main Store.

This acts as the source of truth – all pricing and inventory updates on eBay and TikTok are based on its data, and all orders can be centralized here.

Step 2: Connect your eBay and TikTok stores

From the supported marketplaces, click Connect under the eBay and TikTok Shop logos, then follow the on-screen steps to connect your eBay and TikTok stores to LitCommerce.

Step 3: Import eBay products into your Main Store

Go to your eBay store and click Import from eBay.

Here you can configure your import options: enable auto-link to automatically match products that share the same SKU or UPC across your eBay store and Main Store, or filter which listings to import by status, product ID, store category, or active and ended listings. Once you’ve set your preferences, click Begin Import.

Your imported eBay listings will appear under the eBay tab. Select the products you want, then click Select action → Create on Main Store (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). The imported products will now appear in the All products tab.

Step 4: List eBay products to TikTok Shop

In the All products tab, select your imported products, click Select action → List products to channels, tick your TikTok Shop, and click Add as draft. Then go to TikTok Shop and click each product to fill in missing details (category, shipping, etc.), since eBay and TikTok use different category systems. Click Save and publish to TikTok.

Moreover, you can use Quick publish to TikTok to select multiple products at once and set their category, price, or template together for faster publishing. That way, you have successfully imported all your eBay products to TikTok Shop without copying each listing one by one.

Step 5: Set up eBay TikTok Shop sync

On both channels, click Channel settings, then enable:

Price sync to keep prices consistent across eBay, TikTok, and your Main Store.
Inventory sync to keep stock levels consistent across eBay, TikTok, and your Main Store.
Import orders to Main Store to centralize all orders, with optional settings like importing orders with unlinked products or keeping the channel order number.

Once finished, click Save settings to apply your changes.
