Etsy Amazon Integration: How to Cross-List Etsy Products to Amazon?
In this LitCommerce Academy tutorial, we’ll learn how to set up an Etsy Amazon integration with LitCommerce so your inventory syncs automatically across both platforms and you can prevent overselling.
Here’s the breakdown:
Step 1: Set up your Main Store
The Main Store connects your Etsy and Amazon stores and serves as the central hub through which all sync data passes. Either connect your existing online store built on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, etc or use LitCommerce itself as your Main Store if you sell only on marketplaces.
Step 2: Connect your Etsy store
Find Etsy in the marketplaces, click Connect, enter your Etsy store name, and click Connect Your Account. Etsy then becomes your first active sales channel.
Step 3: Import Etsy products to LitCommerce
On your Etsy channel, click Import from Etsy, pick your import options (such as auto-link or auto-create products), then click Begin Import.
Step 4: Connect your Amazon store
On the left sidebar, click Add/Manage Sales Channels → Add New Channel. Find Amazon, click Connect, enter your store name, choose your marketplace region, and follow the on-screen steps.
Step 5: Cross-list Etsy products to Amazon
Go to the All Products tab, select your Etsy products, then click Select Action → Add to Channel Drafts. After that, tick the box beside your Amazon store, and click Add As Drafts Now.
In your Amazon channel, open each draft to fill in missing details (use the ASIN lookup tool from GTIN, UPC, or EAN), then click Save and Publish to Amazon.
To edit multiple Amazon listings at once, you can also use the Templates & Rules.
Step 6: Set up Etsy Amazon sync
In Channel Settings on both channels, enable Price Sync and Inventory Sync to keep prices and stock consistent across Etsy, Amazon, and LitCommerce. Add price or inventory rules if you like – for example, raise prices by 10% or split stock 50/50 between channels. This keeps inventory accurate and helps you avoid overselling.

Step 7: Manage orders & track performance
Go to the Orders tab to see all Etsy and Amazon orders in one place, and check Sales Reports to compare channel performance and spot what’s driving revenue.
