Etsy eBay Integration – Transfer All Etsy Listings to eBay Under 5 Minutes

In this LitCommerce Academy tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up Etsy eBay integration, so you can transfer all your Etsy listings to eBay easily – or even the other way – from eBay to Etsy.

Before getting started, make sure you have active stores on both channels.

Here is how:

Step 1: Connect your Main Store

You can connect your online store (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, etc.) or use LitCommerce as your Main Store.

This acts as the source of truth – linking Etsy and eBay – all stock and price data syncs from this central place.

Step 2: Connect your Etsy and eBay stores

From the supported marketplaces, click Connect under the Etsy and eBay logos. Then, follow the on-screen steps to connect your Etsy and eBay stores to LitCommerce.

Step 3: Import Etsy products into your Main Store

In your Etsy channel, click Import from Etsy. Customize the import with auto-link (match items by SKU/UPC), or filters which Etsy products to import (status, item ID, shop section). Once finished, click Begin import.

Then, in your Etsy tab, select the imported products, click Select Action → Create on Main Store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc). They’ll appear in the All products tab.

Step 4: List eBay products to TikTok Shop

In All products, select your imported Etsy products, click Select action → Add to channel draft, tick the box beside eBay, and click Add As Draft Now. Go to your eBay channel and click each product to fill in missing details (category, condition, attributes), since Etsy and eBay use different requirements. LitCommerce also offers an AI tool to optimize descriptions. Once your listing is ready, click Save and Publish to eBay.

Otherwise, use Quick/Auto list to eBay to edit and publish products in bulk.

Step 5: Set up Etsy eBay sync

On both Etsy and eBay channels, click Channel settings and enable:

Price sync to update Etsy/eBay prices from your main store, with optional price rules (e.g., +5% or a fixed amount).
Inventory sync to keep stock consistent across all stores, with rules like splitting stock (50/50) or min/max limits.
Import orders to Main Store to manage all your orders from eBay and Etsy on your Main Store.

Once you select your preferences, click Save settings to apply them.
