This LitCommerce Academy video guides you through connecting Amazon to TikTok Shop and listing your Amazon products on TikTok Shop with LitCommerce. You’ll also learn how to sync prices and inventory, manage orders, and compare sales performance across both marketplaces.

Step 1: Set Up Your Main Store

First, choose the platform that will act as your Main Store.

Your Main Store connects Amazon and TikTok Shop and serves as the central source of product, price, and inventory data.

If you already run an online store on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or another supported platform, you can connect it as your Main Store.

However, if you only sell on Amazon and TikTok Shop, select LitCommerce as your Main Store. LitCommerce will then become the central place where you manage your products.

In this video, LitCommerce is selected as the Main Store. Once you have made your choice, click Next.

Step 2: Connect Your Amazon Store

Next, find Amazon in the list of supported marketplaces and click Connect under the Amazon logo.

Enter your Amazon store name, select the country where you sell, and click Connect Your Account.

Then, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in and authorize LitCommerce to access your Amazon seller data.

Step 3: Import Your Amazon Products

Once your Amazon store is connected, open the Amazon channel and click Import from Amazon.

Next, choose which products you want to import. You can import all products or select specific products by SKU.

You can also decide whether to include:

• FBA products

• Inactive listings

Make sure you select Auto-create products on LitCommerce. This allows LitCommerce to create corresponding products in your Main Store, so you can manage your Amazon listings and cross-list them to TikTok Shop from one place.

After choosing the import settings that suit your workflow, click Begin Import.

Once the import is complete, your products will appear in both the Amazon channel and the All Products tab.

Step 4: Connect Your TikTok Shop

Now, select Add/Manage Sales Channels from the left sidebar and click Add New Channel.

Find TikTok Shop and click Connect under the TikTok Shop logo.

Then, enter your TikTok Shop name, choose the correct region, and click Connect Your Account.

Finally, follow the on-screen instructions and authorize LitCommerce to access your TikTok Shop data.

Once this process is complete, both your Amazon store and TikTok Shop will be connected to LitCommerce.

Step 5: Crosslist Amazon Products on TikTok Shop

Go to All Products and select the Amazon products you want to list on TikTok Shop.

Next, click Select Action and choose Add to Channel Drafts. Tick the box next to your TikTok Shop channel, then click Add As Draft Now.

After that, open your TikTok Shop channel and review the newly created drafts.

Because Amazon and TikTok Shop use different categories and listing requirements, you may need to optimize the product information before publishing. Open a draft and complete any missing fields, such as:

• Product category

• Product attributes

• Shipping information

• Other TikTok Shop requirements

Once everything looks correct, click Save & Publish to TikTok Shop.

After TikTok Shop approves the listing, the product will appear in the Active tab and become available in your TikTok Shop.

For larger catalogs, you can also use Quick & Auto List to TikTok. This feature allows you to select multiple products and apply shared information, such as categories and shipping settings, to all of them at once.

You can also reverse this process to list TikTok Shop products on Amazon. First, import the products from TikTok Shop into LitCommerce. Then, add them to your Amazon channel.

Step 6: Set Up Amazon TikTok Shop Sync

Next, open Channel Settings for both your Amazon and TikTok Shop channels.

First, enable Price Sync so price changes made in LitCommerce can be updated across both marketplaces.

You can also create price rules for each channel. For example, you can increase your TikTok Shop price by a fixed amount or percentage to help cover marketplace fees or promotional costs.

After that, enable Inventory Sync on both channels. This keeps stock levels consistent across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and LitCommerce.

You can also use inventory rules to control how stock is distributed. For example, you can:

• Allocate 50% of your inventory to Amazon and 50% to TikTok Shop

• Set a minimum/maximum quantity for a channel

Depending on the connected marketplace, you may also see additional settings, such as:

• Auto-import orders to a connected fulfillment service

• Title Sync

• Description Sync

• Other channel-specific options

Once you have configured the settings, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Step 7: Manage Orders and Track Sales Performance 

Finally, select Orders from the left sidebar.

Here, you can view order details imported from both Amazon and TikTok Shop, allowing you to manage orders from one LitCommerce dashboard.

However, some Amazon order information may not be available in LitCommerce because of Amazon API limitations.

Next, open Sales Reports to monitor performance across both channels. You can compare revenue by marketplace, identify which channel performs better, and use the results to make more informed multichannel selling decisions.
