WooCommerce eBay Integration: How to Connect WooCommerce to eBay?

This LitCommerce Academy video guides you through how to set up WooCommerce eBay integration in a few easy steps to simplify multichannel selling.

Here’s the breakdown:

Step 1: Connect WooCommerce to eBay

Install the LitCommerce plugin from your WooCommerce dashboard (Plugins → Add New), then activate it. Then, go to LitCommerce in your WooCommerce store, click Click here to redirect to LitCommerce.
For the supported marketplaces, find eBay and click Connect under the eBay logo.

Step 2: List WooCommerce products on eBay

Once you have connected these 2 stores to LitCommerce, WooCommerce products will be automatically imported into the All Products section.

Now, let’s learn how to list WooCommerce products on eBay:

In the All Products tab, select the WooCommerce products you want, click Select Action → List Products to Channels → eBay, and Add As Drafts Now.
Then, go to the eBay tab on LitCommerce. Here, you can open a listing to add product identifiers, optimize the title, description, images, and pricing, and fill in required details like category, shipping, and payment for eBay.
Once finished, click Save and Publish to eBay.

To bulk list WooCommerce products to eBay, LitCommerce now offers Auto/Quick List to eBay. This feature allows you to create templates (category, payment, shipping, pricing, business policies, and more) and apply the same information for multiple products at once, which speeds up your listing process.

Step 3: Set up WooCommerce eBay sync

Enable Price Sync to match eBay prices with WooCommerce, with optional strikethrough pricing for eligible accounts.
Turn on Inventory Sync to keep stock consistent, plus options like Keep Listing Active, Out-of-Stock Control, and Auto Relist for fixed-price or auction items.
Set inventory rules to adjust eBay stock by a percentage of your WooCommerce stock or set min/max limits.

Step 4: Manage eBay orders efficiently

Enable Import Orders to Main Store to pull eBay orders into your WooCommerce dashboard for centralized management
Turn on Auto-Trim Title to meet eBay’s 80-character limit
Enable Clean Listing Description to strip HTML, JavaScript, cookies, and iframe tags not allowed by eBay

And that’s it, you have successfully integrated WooCommerce and eBay, and keep these stores in sync.
