How to Integrate WooCommerce with eBay
Start by setting up your WooCommerce store through the app menu or installing our app directly from the WordPress plugin. Your WooCommerce store will serve as the source for listing products on eBay.
After connecting your eBay shop, LitCommerce allows integration with other channels like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and over 20 additional platforms.
LitCommerce supports three main listing scenarios:
- Scenario 1: You have products in your WooCommerce store that you want to list on eBay.
- Scenario 2: You have products on eBay and want to import those listings into your WooCommerce store.
- Scenario 3: You have products on both WooCommerce and eBay and need to link them together.
Products listed on eBay will appear in the Draft tab, where you can make edits before publishing them, including using our AI tool to generate optimized eBay descriptions.
Our WooCommerce eBay integration ensures real-time synchronization, updating product details like names, images, inventory, prices, and orders between WooCommerce and eBay every 15 minutes.
Once the Order Sync feature is enabled, all order details from eBay will be automatically transferred to your WooCommerce store. You can review and fulfill these orders alongside your WooCommerce orders, all managed from a single, convenient location.
If you’re running a WooCommerce store and want to put your products in front of millions of ready-to-buy shoppers, eBay is one of the smartest channels to add. As one of the top three marketplaces in the US, eBay gives your store instant access to a huge, active buyer base.
With LitCommerce, the WooCommerce eBay integration comes down to 4 simple steps, no extra plugins or technical skills needed.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this WooCommerce eBay integration guide:
- Step 1: Connect WooCommerce to eBay
- Step 2: List & import products on eBay
- Step 3: Enable WooCommerce eBay sync
- Step 4: Manage your eBay order flow
Step 1: Connect WooCommerce to eBay
The first step is to connect WooCommerce as the Main Store on LitCommerce. You can either install the LitCommerce plugin from your WooCommerce dashboard or connect WooCommerce directly from inside the LitCommerce app.

Next, from the list of supported marketplaces, find eBay and click Connect under the eBay logo. Enter your eBay store name, then hit Connect Your Account. A pop-up will ask you to allow LitCommerce to access your existing eBay seller account — approve it, and the connection is complete.

Once finished, you’ve successfully linked WooCommerce to eBay. Beyond eBay, LitCommerce supports other WooCommerce integrations such as WooCommerce Etsy, WooCommerce Amazon, WooCommerce TikTok Shop, and more.
Step 2: List & Import Products on eBay
Once your WooCommerce and eBay accounts are connected, LitCommerce automatically imports your WooCommerce products so they’re ready to list. How you proceed depends on where your listings currently live.
Case 1: You want to list WooCommerce products on eBay
If you’re already selling on WooCommerce and want to expand to eBay, here’s how to get your products live:
1. Go to All Products and select the WooCommerce items you want to list.
2. Click Select Action > Add to Channel Drafts.

3. Check the box next to your eBay store, then click Add As Draft Now.

4. Go to the eBay tab and review each listing — eBay often requires more product details than WooCommerce, such as item identifiers, category, shipping, and return information.

5. Once everything looks good, click Save and Publish to eBay.
Pro tip: Instead of editing products one at a time, use Quick/Auto List to eBay to bulk edit and upload WooCommerce products to eBay. You can create templates and apply the same settings — categories, shipping, or pricing — across multiple eBay listings at once. This is a huge time-saver if you have a large catalog.

Case 2: You want to import eBay products to WooCommerce
If you’re already selling on eBay and want to bring those listings into WooCommerce, LitCommerce pulls your existing eBay products directly into your store. Here’s how to import eBay listings to WooCommerce:
1. On the eBay channel tab, click Import from eBay.
2. Filter which products to import, and let LitCommerce auto-link products between WooCommerce and eBay.
3. Once finished, click Begin Import.
4. Your eBay listings will appear inside LitCommerce. Select the listings you want, click Select Action, then Create on WooCommerce.

And that’s it. Your products are now linked across both platforms, ready for full WooCommerce eBay integration.
Case 3: You want to link products on WooCommerce and eBay
When importing products from eBay to WooCommerce, if you’ve allowed auto-link, matched products will show with a blue dot. Products that haven’t been linked yet will show a red dot.
To link unlinked products across eBay and WooCommerce, follow these steps:
1. Hover over the red dot of an unlinked product.
2. Choose Link To A Product.
3. Find the matching item and click Select next to that product.
Once finished, your products are linked both ways — from eBay to WooCommerce and vice versa. Linked products are now ready for WooCommerce eBay sync.
Step 3: Enable WooCommerce eBay Sync
LitCommerce keeps your WooCommerce and eBay stores in sync automatically — so your inventory, pricing, and orders stay consistent across both channels without any manual work. That means no more juggling spreadsheets or worrying about selling stock you no longer have.
To access these settings, click Channel Settings inside your eBay store on LitCommerce. Here are the 3 main sync settings you can configure for your WooCommerce eBay integration:
- Price sync: Automatically updates your eBay prices to match your WooCommerce store. You can also apply price rules to increase or decrease eBay prices by a set amount or percentage — useful if you want to factor in eBay’s selling fees.

- Inventory sync: Keeps your stock quantities aligned between both platforms, helping you avoid overselling. You can set minimum and maximum stock thresholds, enable out-of-stock control to keep listings active when inventory hits zero, and use inventory rules to sync only a percentage of your WooCommerce stock to eBay.

- Order sync: Choose Import Orders to Main Store to pull all eBay orders into your WooCommerce dashboard, so you can manage everything from one place.

Pro tip: If you sell across multiple channels with different fee structures, use price rules to add a small markup on eBay listings to cover the platform’s selling fees. This protects your margins without forcing you to manually adjust prices every time something changes on your WooCommerce store.
Once you’ve configured your preferences, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Manage Your eBay Order Flow
Once Import Orders to Main Store is enabled, every eBay order — along with orders from your other sales channels — automatically appears in your WooCommerce dashboard. No more switching tabs or logging into multiple platforms just to stay on top of your sales.
Turning on this feature also lets LitCommerce pull your orders from eBay and all other sales channels into one unified view. From here, you can:
- Review and fulfill eBay and other sales channel orders side by side
- Track shipments and update tracking numbers across all channels at the same time

LitCommerce is a very powerful tool
LitCommerce is a very powerful tool. There are a lot of moving parts, but support is extremely helpful. As I was working on some drafts I was contacted by Evelyn and she was extremely helpful in making sure I was using all the tools that LitCommerce offers. She showed me how I could apply certain templates to all my drafts at once instead of one by one. Saving me a bunch of time! Highly recommend LitCommerce!
