The challenge is that Wix and Etsy work as two separate platforms. Your listings, inventory, prices, and orders do not sync automatically unless you use an integration tool.

Step 1: Connect Wix to Etsy

To start, set up Wix as your Main Store inside LitCommerce. Your Main Store works as the central catalog where LitCommerce stores your product data, inventory, and order data.

You can connect Wix in two ways. Install LitCommerce from the Wix App Market, or create an account on the LitCommerce app and add your Wix store from there.

Once Wix is connected, follow these steps to add Etsy:

1. From the list of supported channels, find Etsy, and click Connect under the Etsy logo.
2. Enter your Etsy shop name and click Connect Your Account.
3. Allow LitCommerce to access your Etsy seller account.

Once the connection is approved, your Wix store and Etsy shop will appear in LitCommerce. From there, you can start managing products across both platforms.

Besides Etsy, LitCommerce also supports other Wix integrations, such as Wix eBay, Wix Amazon, and Wix TikTok Shop. This means you can manage more sales channels from a single Main Store as your business grows.

Step 2: List & import products on Etsy

After connecting Wix and Etsy, the next step depends on where your products are currently living. You may want to publish Wix products to Etsy, import Etsy listings into Wix, or match products that already exist on both platforms.

Here’s how each case works.

Case 1: List Wix products on Etsy

If your products are already in Wix and you want to sell them on Etsy, LitCommerce lets you send them to Etsy as draft listings first. This gives you time to review and complete Etsy-specific details before publishing.

Here is how to list Wix products on Etsy:

1. Go to All Products in LitCommerce and select the Wix products you want to publish on Etsy.
2. Click Select Action, then choose Add to Channel Drafts.

1. Next, go to your Etsy channel tab and review your listing drafts carefully. Etsy often requires additional information that may not be available in Wix, such as materials, production partners, shipping profiles, personalization options, tags, who made the item, and when it was made. Fill in the required fields, check your titles, descriptions, images, categories, and pricing.
2. Once everything looks ready, click Save and Publish to Etsy.

Case 2: Import Etsy products to Wix

If you already sell on Etsy and want to bring those listings into Wix, LitCommerce can import your existing Etsy products and help create them on your Wix store.

Here’s how to import Etsy products to Wix:

1. Go to your Etsy channel tab in LitCommerce and click Import from Etsy.
2. Let LitCommerce auto-link matching products between Wix and Etsy if needed and choose which products you want to import.
3. Click Begin Import.

1. After the import finishes, your Etsy products will appear inside LitCommerce. Select the items you want to add to Wix, click Select Action, then choose Create on Wix.

Once finished, your Etsy listings are now available in your Wix store.

Case 3: Link existing Wix and Etsy products

If you already sell the same items on Wix and Etsy, you do not need to recreate them. Instead, link the matching products so LitCommerce can sync the correct items together later.

If you enable auto-linking during the Etsy import, linked products will appear with a blue dot, while products that still need to be linked will appear with a red dot.

To manually link products on Wix and Etsy:

1. Hover over the red dot next to an unlinked product.
2. Choose Link To A Product.
3. Search for the matching item.
4. Click Select next to the matching item to confirm.

Once linked, your Wix and Etsy products are ready for sync.

Step 3: Turn on Wix Etsy sync

After your products are listed, imported, or linked, you can configure sync settings. This keeps your pricing, inventory, and orders aligned between Wix and Etsy without manual updates.

To access these options, open your Etsy channel in LitCommerce and click Channel Settings. There are three main sync settings you can configure for your Wix and Etsy integration.

• Price sync: Turn on price sync so your Etsy prices can be updated automatically whenever you make changes to your Wix product prices. You can also create price rules to increase or decrease Etsy prices by a fixed amount or percentage. This is useful if you want to adjust your Etsy pricing for listing fees, transaction fees, promotions, or channel-specific pricing strategies.

• Inventory sync: Inventory sync keeps stock quantities aligned between Wix and Etsy. When a product sells on one platform, LitCommerce updates the available quantity on the other. You can also set minimum and maximum stock thresholds, enable out-of-stock control, or sync only a percentage of your Wix stock to Etsy.

• Order sync: Enabling Import Orders to Main Store lets you import Etsy orders into your Wix store. When this setting is enabled, Etsy orders appear alongside your Wix orders, so you can manage sales from one place.

After choosing your preferred settings, click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Manage Etsy orders from Wix

Once Import Orders to Main Store is enabled, Etsy orders will flow into Wix together with your regular Wix orders. This helps you manage your order flow without switching between Wix and Etsy all day.
